I am what you would consider a mellow person. I am laid back and observant. In the Summer of 2004, I decided to take a trip to Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic at The Sun Village Resort & Bungalows. While I was there multiple merchants arrived on a Friday afternoon. One of the merchants had boxes of cigars. I was always intrigued by the essence of cigars from the time I saw George Burns, an Actor, Comedian, Writer from the 1930's on television and movies. The one brand of cigars that stood out to me were Cohibas. After bargaining for several minutes I had my first purchase of cigars. Later that evening, I engaged my self with a glass of Bourbon whiskey and a single Cohibas Cigar. The taste of the cigar, I would describe as smooth yet mild. The effect it had on my taste buds was momentous. The taste of the Bourbon whiskey seemed to be enhances making a perfect combination, my taste buds were heightened. Most recently, I attended a Highland Cigar Co. in Atlanta, Georgia. The ambiance set the stage for a very friendly atmosphere. I was surrounded by cozy leather sofas and HDTV's; their menu was light and tasty. As I entered the high-quality humidor I my final selection was the Java By Drew Estate Toro cigars are best described by famous-smoke.com who describes them to be "a unique, flavored cigar creation handmade with Nicaraguan fillers and a dark chocolate-colored Brazilian wrapper. These super-sized cigars have a rich, smooth tobacco taste that overflows with sweet, creamy coffee-mocha flavor and aroma." This cigar is refreshing and the after taste is very faint to none. I highly recommend this flavored cigar.
